Tax advisor, pursuant to Law no. 4/2013, who has worked free-lance in this field since 1991 and has dealt, as he continues to deal, with national and international taxation of businesses and natural persons, with special emphasis on VAT and Italian direct taxes.

In 2000, he specialised in international tax planning and achieved a Master’s Degree at Scuola D&D in Milan.

He has published numerous articles on Tax Law on the web portal diritto.it and in the journal, Fiscalitax. He deals with competition law, with special weight on restrictive agreements.

He is in charge of the area of tax dispute at the Firm and has handled this area since 1994.
